Speaker Nabih Berri on Monday discussed the building of a headquarters in Damascus for the Arab Parliamentary Union as well as the US-Iraqi security pact with Iraqi counterpart Mahmoud al-Mashhadani. Following the meeting at Berri's home in Ain al-Tineh, Mashhadani said the issue of Iraqi refugees in Lebanon was on its way to being solved.
