Liban Post offices in South Lebanon on Tuesday received faxed messages from an unknown phone number offering $10 million to anyone who provides information on Israeli soldiers missing in Lebanon.The faxed message received at post offices in Nabatiyeh, Bint Jbeil, Hasbaya, and Marjayoun provided numbers carrying British codes.
