Germany has slapped a partial ban on Hizbullah-affiliated Al-Manar satellite television, the country's Interior Ministry said Friday. Interior Minister Wolfgang Schaeuble said the move stemmed from the station's failure to foster global understanding, in violation of the German Constitution.
